Alimiyah Program

AL-Falaah Academy has introduced its 6-year Shariah programme, which offers a unique opportunity for students to delve deep into the Arabic and Islamic Sciences through part-time study and an array of dynamic modules. Authenticated by credible scholars and reviewed by senior scholars from the Middle East and the Asian subcontinent, the curriculum is designed to train students to become competent in the field of Islamic learning, with a focus on Hadith, Fiqh, and Tafsir.

The course aims to prepare students for examinations that will provide them with an Alimiyyah Degree, equivalent to a degree in Islamic Scholarship. Upon graduation, students will have a comprehensive understanding of the Arabic language and Islamic Sciences, and will receive Ijazah, permission from the teacher to transmit knowledge.

Throughout the course, students will engage in discussions and analysis, with a particular focus on Exegesis of the Qur’an, the Sciences of Hadith, and secondary Hadith texts, culminating in a comprehensive study of the core Hadith texts in the final year.

In addition to providing students with thorough knowledge of the Qur’an and Sunnah, the course also emphasizes a deep understanding of the juristic laws governing a Muslim’s life and an appreciation of the works of their predecessors. Students will be immersed in the Arabic language to directly access Islamic texts and will have the opportunity to engage in tarbiyah sessions focusing on spiritual growth and self-improvement.
